Welcome to Ink About It. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of temporary tattoos from our online store.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to purchase from this site. By using the site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Products

We sell temporary, water-resistant tattoos. Product images are for illustration purposes only. While we do our best to represent colors and designs accurately, actual products may vary slightly due to screen settings or printer/material variations.

3. Custom Orders

You may submit custom text, designs, or images for printing. By uploading content, you agree that:

  • You own or have permission to use the content.

  • Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

  • We reserve the right to reject custom designs that contain offensive, harmful, or copyrighted material.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping times and fees are stated during checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of temporary tattoos, all sales are final.

We accept returns or offer replacements only if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

Custom tattoo orders are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.

6. Application and Safety

Our tattoos are skin-safe and intended for external use only. However:

  • Perform a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin.

  • Do not apply to broken, irritated, or allergy-prone skin.

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of our products.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, packaging, branding, and website content are the property of Ink About It and may not be copied or used without permission.

Custom designs submitted by users remain their intellectual property. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Skin reactions, improper use, or dissatisfaction with temporary tattoos.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
